Frequently Asked Questions – 98hh

Still Have Questions? Here's What Pakistan Players Usually Ask

The 98hh FAQ page is built around the real questions that come up most often from players across Pakistan. Whether you've just registered and are figuring out your first deposit, or you're a regular looking to understand how bonus wagering works before a PSL match, the answers above cover the most common ground.

One thing players often ask early on is about payment methods. All transactions on 98hh run in PKR, which means you're depositing and withdrawing in Pakistani Rupees with no conversion fees on your side. JazzCash and Easypaisa are the fastest options for most players since they're already widely used for everyday transactions in Pakistan. Raast and Bank Transfer work well too, though processing may take a bit longer depending on your bank.

Bonus questions are another big category. The welcome offer is available right after your first deposit, and it's credited automatically — you don't need to enter a promo code. What trips some players up is the wagering requirement, which is simply a rule that says you need to play through the bonus a certain number of times before withdrawing it. The number varies by promotion and is always displayed clearly in the offer details.

For cricket fans, the Sports section during PSL season is particularly active. You'll find markets for every PSL fixture, from match winners to over-by-over run totals. In-play betting is also available on most matches, so you can place bets while the game is in progress. Winnings are settled after the official result is confirmed, and the funds show up in your PKR wallet shortly after.

If you're using the 98hh mobile app, the most common issue players face is installation — since the APK comes directly from the website rather than the Play Store, you'll need to allow your Android phone to install apps from outside the Play Store. This is a one-time setting change. After that, the app works just like the website, with the same login, the same wallet, and access to all games and betting markets.

For anything not covered here, the 98hh support team is available around the clock. You can reach them through the live chat or contact options inside your account. They're familiar with common queries from Pakistan players and can usually resolve issues quickly.
