Terms and Conditions – 98hh Gaming Platform Pakistan

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 98hh ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the 98hh website at 98hh.onl, the 98hh App, or any related services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

98hh is an online entertainment platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slot Games, Slots, Bingo and related gaming services. All platform transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform is designed for adult players in Pakistan and all services are intended for personal, non-commercial entertainment use only.

These Terms should be read alongside the 98hh Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform. Where any term in a specific policy conflicts with these general Terms, the more specific provision takes precedence.

To register and use 98hh, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Pakistan.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of 98hh or its partners.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and Pakistan mobile number. 98hh reserves the right to verify this information at any time. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.

Only one account is permitted per person, per household and per IP address. If you already hold an active 98hh account and attempt to register a second account, both accounts may be closed and any balances within them may be forfeited. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in your name, contact support immediately.

Your 98hh account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to or accessed by any other person. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your password, security PIN and any linked biometric authentication set up in the 98hh App.

Any activity carried out on your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it, unless you have reported unauthorised access to 98hh support immediately upon becoming aware of it. 98hh cannot be held liable for losses resulting from you sharing your credentials or failing to secure your account.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Enable biometric login in the 98hh App where available on your device.
• Never share your 98hh password via chat, SMS or any communication channel.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

98hh reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion if it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, terms violations, money laundering, or any other conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform. Any decision to suspend or close an account will be communicated to the registered account email address.

All financial transactions on 98hh are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently available for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may change from time to time and is subject to the current options shown within your account.

Deposits are credited to your 98hh wallet once confirmed by the payment provider. For JazzCash and Easypaisa, this is typically near-instant. Bank Transfers and cards may take longer depending on the processing time of your financial institution. 98hh does not accept deposits from third parties — payments must come from a payment method in your own name.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method. Refer to the Cashier section within your account for current limits.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to your chosen method. Withdrawal timelines vary by method.
• 98hh may request identity verification documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts.
• Withdrawals to a method different from your deposit method may require additional verification.

In the event that a deposit is made in error or a payment reversal is initiated without reasonable grounds, 98hh may suspend your account pending investigation. Chargeback abuse — initiating reversals after losses — will result in permanent account closure and possible recovery action for the reversed amount.

98hh offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on selected Slot Games, and sports-specific promotions during major events such as PSL season and international cricket fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer and the general principles set out in this section.

Bonuses issued to your account are not available for immediate withdrawal. A wagering requirement must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and eligible games for meeting that requirement are stated in each individual promotion's terms. In general:

• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — check individual promotion terms for game contribution percentages.
• Only one active bonus applies at a time unless stated otherwise in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds when placing bets, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

98hh reserves the right to alter, withdraw or expire any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any bonus funds that remain after the expiry period stated in the promotion are automatically removed from your account.

The 98hh Sports section covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), international T20 and Test matches, Football, Esports, Tennis, Basketball and other sports. Pre-match and in-play (live) betting markets are available across all covered sports. All bet stakes and payouts are in PKR.

Bets placed on 98hh Sports are binding once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after placement unless a cash-out option is offered and accepted for that specific bet prior to market settlement. Cash-out is not available on all markets and 98hh reserves the right to suspend the cash-out function at any time, including during live matches.

• Results are settled based on official match results from the relevant governing body (PCB for Pakistan cricket, FIFA for football, and so on).
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or void event, bets are settled according to 98hh's specific rules for that sport, which are available in the Help section of the platform.
• If a bet is placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error on the part of 98hh, the platform reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are visible when adding a selection to your bet slip.

In-play betting markets on 98hh close and reopen rapidly during live events. It is your responsibility to ensure that bets are placed on the intended market at the intended odds before confirming. 98hh does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the player.

All casino games on 98hh — including Slot Games, Slots, Live Casino tables and Bingo rooms — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. Live Casino games use real dealers and physical equipment streamed in real time. The outcome of all RNG-based games is independent and cannot be influenced by any party, including 98hh itself.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are set by the game provider and are available within individual game information panels. These percentages represent statistical averages over a large number of spins and do not guarantee a specific return in any single session.

• Bingo game results are determined by RNG-drawn numbers at the time of each game round.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply per game and are displayed within each game interface.
• If a game disconnects mid-session, any incomplete round is resolved according to the game's internal state at the time of disconnection. Round results are logged and available for review.
• Game malfunctions — including software errors that produce an impossible outcome — void all affected game rounds and stakes are returned.

98hh does not share player strategies, betting patterns or game histories with other players or third parties, except as required by law or legitimate operational needs. Game history is available within your account for review.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 98hh and will result in account suspension, fund forfeiture and potential legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or using accounts registered to other people.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification processes.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment — including using 98hh as a vehicle for money laundering, fraud or financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence system to place bets or play games outside of normal human interaction.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or miscalculated odds in a manner that results in unfair winnings.
• Engaging in any behaviour that disrupts the operation of the platform or interferes with other players' experience.
• Attempting to access the platform from a jurisdiction where it is not permitted.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your 98hh account to another person.

• Indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages of any kind.

98hh's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the PKR amount in their active wallet balance at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by 98hh's negligence.

98hh reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered email address and a notice will be placed prominently on the platform. The date shown at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last updated.

Your continued use of 98hh following notification of a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account, at which point any remaining PKR balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method subject to standard processing.
